2003 SEAT Ibiza 6L 1.9 TDI ASZ 96 kW/130 hp, professionally built as a fast, reliable road-legal track car. Original PD130 ASZ base. Approx. 322,000 km. Lithuanian sport registration (SZ) with motorsport passport, inspection valid until 04/2027. 0-100km/h: 5.0sec. Max speed: ~245km/h GPS ENGINE: stock ASZ bottom end, fully rebuilt head with new gasket, PD150 head bolts, camshaft, valves, injector seats and Black Top lifters. Genuine PD160 injectors, checked/serviced. GTB2056VZK turbo fitted ~20,000 km ago, modified VNT control, 57 mm aluminium charge pipes, large FMIC, 76 mm stainless intake and downpipe/exhaust, K&N filter with direct cold-air feed. EGR/catalyst removed. ECU: custom maps included. Low boost track map ~225 hp / 2.0 bar for low EGT and reliability; medium boost 252.7 hp @ 4000 rpm, 548.6 Nm @ 2750 rpm / 2.5 bar (dyno graph included); high boost performance map ~290 hp / 3.0 bar, anti-lag/pops/flames available. Flat-shift available in all maps. COOLING: A/C and condenser removed for airflow, custom ducting to FMIC/radiator. Stable temperatures even during ~40 min track sessions. New timing belt/tensioners, water pump and thermostat. Fluids recently changed. No overheating or leaks. DRIVETRAIN: short-ratio 6-speed Cupra TDI gearbox, rebuilt with new seals. Sachs Performance clutch + reinforced pressure plate, good dual-mass flywheel, ~20,000 km. Polyurethane engine/gearbox mounts, new CV joints. Open diff. CHASSIS: BC Racing BR Series, ~5 kg/mm front / 2.7 rear, 30-way damping, front camber top mounts, ~-2.5° camber. Full polyurethane bushes front/rear, additional rear anti-roll bar. Steering rods/ends, ball joints and wheel bearings renewed. Setup developed through weighing, alignment and track testing. BRAKES: 312 mm front, Brembo HC discs, CL RC6 pads, rebuilt calipers, braided hoses, high-temp fluid. Rear Brembo discs/pads and new calipers. ~90-95% remaining. TRW front street pads included. ABS/ESP and handbrake work correctly. WHEELS: OZ Ultraleggera 17x8J all around, Federal 595 RS-RR 225/45 R17 with ~60-65%. SAFETY: rear stripped; front retains carpets, door cards and speakers. Sabelt Racer Duo driver seat on slider + Sabelt harness. Documented professional half cage, E355 seamless steel, FIA Appendix J 253 / LASF Cat. C spec. Fire extinguisher, relocated battery, master cut-off and tow strap. Race car documents. Approx. 1150 kg. Used for trackdays, Time Attack, slalom and Winter Games.
