Cookie Policy

This policy lists what CAR REPORT stores in your browser. It is short, because the site stores very little.

1. What we set

• Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode. Kept in your browser’s local storage, never sent to us.
• cookie_consent — your answer to the consent banner, so it stops asking. Also local storage.
• Session cookie — set only when a member of staff signs in to the administration area. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

2. What we do not set

No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no third-party analytics profile. Nothing on the public site follows you to another website.

3. Third-party content

Vehicle photographs are fetched by our server from the marketplaces that published them, or from our own archive copy, and delivered from this site’s own address — your browser does not contact those hosts. Following our Telegram link takes you to Telegram, under its own terms.

4. Your choice

Nothing above is optional tracking, so there is nothing to decline. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings, at the cost of the site forgetting your theme and showing the notice again.
