Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CAR REPORT. By browsing the catalogue or sending an enquiry you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

CAR REPORT is an aggregator and a buying agent. We import public listings from third-party marketplaces, republish them here, and — if you ask us to — arrange the purchase and delivery of a vehicle on your behalf.

We do not own the vehicles, we do not hold them in stock, and we are not the seller of record until a purchase agreement says otherwise. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell; it is an invitation to enquire.

2. Prices

The price shown on a listing is not the seller’s asking price. It is the source price converted to euro plus our service fee, which covers sourcing, paperwork and arranging delivery. Where the source listed the car in another currency, that original figure is shown underneath.

• Conversion uses stored reference rates, not a live market feed, so a converted figure is an approximation.
• Prices exclude taxes, duties, registration and any charges levied by third parties in your country. Those are yours to pay.
• Auction lots are shown as “price on request”. Any value or repair figure displayed on such a listing is the seller’s own estimate and is not a price at which anyone is offering the car.
• A price is only fixed once we confirm it to you in writing. Listing prices can change or turn out to be stale — see the Data Disclaimer.

3. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry creates no contract and reserves nothing. It asks a manager to contact you. We may decline any enquiry, and a vehicle may already be sold at the source by the time we reach it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the catalogue;
• attempt to access the administration area or any account that is not yours;
• submit false contact details or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited messages;
• interfere with the operation of the site or the systems behind it.

5. Intellectual property

Vehicle photographs, descriptions and equipment lists originate with the sellers and the marketplaces that published them, and remain theirs. The site itself — its layout, code and branding — is ours. If you are a rights holder and want a listing removed, contact us and we will act on it.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on aggregated listing data, from a vehicle’s condition or history, or from a seller’s conduct. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
