The front and rear brakes have been renewed, including calipers and brake discs. The rear brakes are fitted with larger brake pistons. The sills have been professionally repaired and welded. There is some surface corrosion on the bodywork, as expected for a vehicle of this age, but nothing serious and there are no holes. The chassis is in good condition with no critical rust areas, providing a solid foundation for further use. One of the biggest advantages is that the vehicle has no significant leaks of operating fluids, which is quite rare for a vehicle of this age and mileage. The engine starts reliably both cold and hot, holds a stable idle, does not shake and does not overheat. The turbocharger is working correctly, so the engine still has good power and pulling performance. The vehicle has a manual gearbox which shifts smoothly and without any knocks. The low-range gearbox and 4x4 system are fully functional and ready for off-road use. The transfer case has been professionally rebuilt and is fitted with an Ashcroft limited-slip differential. New bearings were also installed, so it is in very good condition and operates without unwanted noises. The clutch has also been replaced and has a very good engagement point, with a firm and precise pedal. The suspension is solid, although there is some minor play in the steering, which is understandable given the mileage. The brakes work evenly. The vehicle is equipped with an onboard compressor, ideal for adjusting tyre pressures and for off-road use. The electrical system works correctly, all accessories are functional and the air conditioning blows cold. The vehicle is fitted with brand-new tyres with less than 1,000 km on them.
